HealthEngage is a mobile and web tracker. It is in beta but their "diabetes: glucose" tracker is open for signup. Items to track include medications, diet, fitness, finances, and mood. Tracked data is meant to analyzed and shared with physicians and the online community. In diabetes: glucose, users can import glucose meter readings, print reports and graph results and share with online friends. HealthEngage can be used via mobile, web or widget.
