Joe's Goals is a "free online habit tracker". The site has a simple interface where you can list your goals as a row on a table. Each column on the table represents a day. Every day, you can mark which goals you were able to accomplish for that day. You can have positive (things to do) or negative goals (things to avoid). The site then keeps a tally of your goal score for each day.
