YawnLog tracks the number of hours you sleep per night. It places the information you input on a handy graph so you can track your sleeping patterns over an extended period of time. Entering data is easy; just go to the web site and enter your location, the quality of your sleep, the date, and the duration (from what time to what time). The site has visualizations to explore your sleep data over time, such as a timeline so you can compare your daily sleep amounts with your designated goal.
