Knome's mission is to help pharmaceutical and clinical researchers interpret human genomes to make meaningful discoveries and enable private individuals and their families to understand their disease risks, carrier issues, and pharmacogenomic profiles.
KnomeSIGHT is the consumer product that examines and interprets the whole genome in order to identify novel genetic variants.
Interpretation and examination is accomplished by using the proprietary kGAP™ genome search engine used by the research community.
