All the Fine Print In Your Cell Phone's "Unlimited" Data...

Today, the FCC announced a settlement with T-Mobile for $48 million to resolve an investigation into T-Mobile’s “Unlimited” data plan, which slowed down data for the top users. That was seen as deceptive because it wasn’t clear when users signed up for the plan. Of course, this small print isn’t that abnormal.
