The software allows you to create and edit courses from prior activities and mark important way points in your workout. The Workout Creator feature allows you to define workouts, goals and rest intervals which can then be uploaded to your Garmin Fitness Device.

Garmin purchased MotionBased and then transitioned into Garmin Connect. Garmin Connect allows you to upload data from Garmin devices and view it on the dashboard, calendar, activities or detail view. The site allows you to set and track personal goals, weight and recent workouts. The detail view provides maps, timing and graphs of speed, elevation, heart rate and cadence.
