StressEraser is a portable biofeedback device designed to help reduce stress by synchronizing breathing with heartrate. The device is a standalone unit that doesn't connect to a computer, instead displaying heart rate variability on a graphical display on the device itself, and indicating when to breath using visual cues.

Moodstats

Moodstats is a journal and mood recording application for Mac OS X and Windows. It allows you to record and rate how your day has been in six different categories, record comments attached to the ratings, and then view colorful graphs showing your moods have been over a week month, two months, six months, or year. The app can synchronize with the moodstats server, allowing you to optionally share your mood data with friends or publicly.

MoodScope is a web based application for measuring, tracking and sharing your mood. Moods are measured using an online card game, and can be shared automatically by email with friends, with the idea that these activities can raise mood in and of themselves.
