Mood 24/7 is an online and mobile mood tracker. It was developed by HealthCentral with technology licensed from Johns Hopkins University. Mood 24/7 sends users a daily SMS message asking them to rate how they feel on a scale from 1-5. It tracks and graphs those results over time, providing mood data that can be shared with friends, family and physicians.
